Available every evening from 5pm, Head Chef Somaia Hammad’s Dinner Set Menu celebrates the rituals of the Italian table. Thoughtfully composed around the season’s finest ingredients, it invites you to settle in, reconnect and let the evening unfold at its own pace.

Fresh, vibrant flavours set the tone: Panzanella with heritage tomatoes and toasted croutons, and handmade gnocchi with San Marzano tomato and buffalo mozzarella. Our Carnaroli risotto with courgette and stracchino cream brings comfort to the table, before our classic cheesecake offers a sweet finish. Pair each course with a glass from our all-Italian wine list, thoughtfully selected to complement every dish.
