Nipotina means granddaughter. A name that speaks to inheritance: recipes, traditions and instincts passed down through generations, refined over time and made entirely one's own.
Our menu celebrates handmade pasta, wood-fired seafood and the finest seasonal produce. Dishes rooted in Italy's culinary heritage, expressed with confidence, restraint and a sense of place.
The kitchen is led by Head Chef Somaia Hammad, whose cooking draws on the regional traditions of Italy and years spent working closely with its ingredients, artisans and producers.
